Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the import validation, debugging, acceptance of new equipment processes, as well as the writing and testing of new programs, and the determination of process parameter accuracy
2. Write process operation documents and process engineering documents, as well as process flow and quality control plan documents;
3. Capable of providing training on operational documents and responsible processes;
4. Continuous/monitoring of processes, improvement of process technology, and enhancement of yield;
5. Capable of conducting direct unit development, process support and troubleshooting, SPC maintenance and improvement, and yield improvement activities;
6. Familiar with knowledge of process technology, process improvement, yield improvement, etc;
7. Responsible for completing the companys new product research and development design, trial production of new products, new product evaluation, and competitor analysis;
8. Responsible for analyzing process product quality issues and handling product anomalies;
9. Trial analysis of new raw materials, monitoring the stability of raw materials, providing timely feedback on abnormal information, and providing analysis reports
10. Responsible for project application, patent application, and management related to the company;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or above in microelectronics, electronics, automation, materials, physics, chemistry, and related fields;
2. Familiar with and familiar with MOS, CMOS, and MEMS product processes, with excellent academic performance and relevant research experience preferred;
3. Excellent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate in English for work;
4. Has the ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and strong multitasking skills;
5. & Nbsp; Strong sense of responsibility, positive work attitude, excellent learning ability and teamwork ability;
6. & Nbsp; Proactive communication and reporting, good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, innovative consciousness, and strong principles.
