Changchun Changguang Yuanchen Microelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refers to as YCMEC) was established in December, 2016 in Changchun, China. YCMEC is an independent semiconductor fab which is specialized in offering BSI, SOI and special chip-level process for 200mm and 300mm CMOS image sensor wafers，and provides Color Filter & Microlens development and production service. We also focus on customized process designs and customized semiconductor manufacturing. Our technical engineer support the customization per project needs and our superior performance includes:  Fusion & Stack Bonding, Cavity Bonding, D2W Bonding, Hetero Bonding, Glass Bonding, Quartz-Si Bonding, 6inch Bonding, Grinding, Optical Film, Pad Open, MEMS, Fiber Waveguide, Time-of-Flight (TOF), which enable a rich variety of existing imaging applications. Meanwhile, we also focus on the manufacturing of TMBS (Trench MOS Barrier Schottky) photovoltaic products.

We use the latest generation of international technology and advanced tools, successfully develop 200mm wafer with 350nm process of CIS processing technology. In 2020, YCMEC successfully developed the Color Filter & Micro Lens process. In 2022, TMBS products were successfully developed and now are in mass production.
